Business Education teachers,

During the last Business Education Subject Leaders meeting requests were made to:

1. Simplify the website and try to make it more user friendly.
2. Alert users via e-mail when new files have been uploaded.
3. Re-issue all users with the "file upload" guide.
4. Organise uploads so they are descending by date

All superfluous menus' have now been disabled but can be re-added as necessary (such as online polls).

All users are reminded to e-mail James Todd at St. Augustine's whenever a file is uploaded to the website. The file must be approved before it becomes live on the site. This e-mail will enable me (JT) to approve the file and also send out a mass mail to all website users informing them of a recent upload.

All users should will recieve a 3 page upload guide with screenshots through the main e-mail system shortly after Easter. This should enable all users to submit documents quickly and easily.

All files are now arranged automatically, descending by date. There are other sort options on the page as it is loaded. Click on these to change as required.
